Designed for ease and movement, the Mundaka 16.5” Ecolastic pairs an elastic waistband with 4-way stretch, keeping you comfortable from beach to break. Made from a blend of coconut fiber, recycled polyester (Repreve®), and cotton, these trunks offer flexibility with eco-friendly flair. A caliper scalloped hem, on-seam pockets, and a back pocket with a key rope round out the design, all in a streamlined 16.5” outseam.

In the past, water-repellant fabrics were treated with chemicals known as PFCs and Fluorocarbons to help prevent surface saturation into the fabrics. The problem is that as these chemicals are released from the fabrics over time they have been shown to harm the living organisms they come into contact with, affecting reproduction and hormone systems. Vissla has chosen to move to 100% PFC and Fluorocarbon-free DWR water repellant coating for our boardshorts.
